Sharon Furbay

Sharon Furbay, 63, passed away on Monday, January 7, 2013 in Plano, Texas. Sharon was born on March 18, 1949 in Greenville, Texas to her loving parents Hershel and Durelle Heath. Sharon became a nurse and worked in the medical profession for many years. She met and later married the love of her life, Lonny Furbay on July 7, 1972 in Hugo, Oklahoma. Lonny and Sharon were married for 40 years and fell in love a little more each day. Sharon is preceded in death by her husband, Lonny Furbay; son, Larry David Furbay; her parents, Hershel and Durelle and her brother, Larry Heath. Those left to celebrate her life include her daughter; Debra Furbay; sister, Sandra Heath; brothers, Jason and Charlie Heath; nieces, Wendy Regan and her husband Jimmy; Delilah Bradshaw and her husband Jerry; nephews, Bradford Heath and his wife Kay and Jesse Heath; great- nephews, Chris Regan and his wife Tanya, Matthew Regan, Nathan Regan and Aaron Heath; great-nieces, Brooklyn and Kaitlyn Heath; great-great nephews, Brady and Brice Regan; great-great nieces, Kathaleen Regan, Zayne Bradshaw and Olivia Heath. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held the following day; Friday, January 11, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Interment will immediately follow the service at Restlawn Memorial Park in Sulphur Springs.
