Ronald Vaghan

Ronald Wesley Vaughan, age 79, of Greenville, passed away in the early afternoon hours of Thursday, March 31, 2011 at the Texas State Veterans Home in Bonham with his loving wife at his side. He was born on July 11, 1931 in Clayton, New Mexico to Roy and Thelma Wood Vaughan, they precede him in death. Mr. Vaughan served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. He married Vermeillia Ann Stermer in Albuquerque, New Mexico on October 23, 1961. Mr. Vaughan loved to bowl and spending time outdoors but his greatest times were spent with his wife. Ronald is survived by his wife of nearly 50 years, Vermeillia, one sister-in-law, Viola Marvin of Alva, OK, and by a cousin, Allyra Jameson of Sant Fe, NM. Services for Mr. Vaughan were handled through Peters Funeral Home in Greenville.
