Roger A. Latshaw passed away on January 11, 2025 at the age of 87. He is a native of Lacrosse and moved to Royse City, Texas last year to be close to his daughters.
Roger was born on June 14, 1937, to the late Francis Claire and Helen (Weigent) Latshaw in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. After graduating from Logan High School he enlisted in the US Army from July 1956-July 1958. He completed his basic training at Fort Hood, Texas and was stationed in Germany. Roger was employed by G. Heilman's Brewing Company for over 30 years until his retirement.
Sports was always a big part of Roger's life. Beginning in High School and later in life playing softball in City Tavern leagues, Archery and Tennis. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and looked forward to annual trips to training camp with his daughters and grandchildren.
Roger is survived by his son, Randy Latshaw, daughters, Stephanie House and Samantha Krambeer, grandchildren, Anna Perez (Samuel), Zachary Krambeer, Micah House and Elisha House. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, his son, Ricky Latshaw, and granddaughters, Chelsea Krambeer and Jordan House.A graveside service and interment will be held at the Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas on Monday, January 27th at 11:15 a.m.
