Reba Bland

Reba Lorene Bland, age 84, of Greenville, passed away in the morning hours of Saturday, October 11, 2008 at Heritage Gardens Nursing Home in Carrollton, Texas. Ms. Bland was born on October 24, 1923 in Greenville to Fletcher and Lara Bland, they precede her in death. Ms. Bland received her degree from East Texas State University then devoted much of her time to her job at Sears and was a life long member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Ms. Bland is survived by family members Al and Carolyn Budd of Carrollton and Wanda and Bill Barton of Fort Collins, CO. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Robert Bland. The family held a private burial for Ms. Bland at McWright Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Peters Funeral Home
