Octavio Rosas

Octavio Rosas, 67, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 in Hunt County, Texas. Qctavio was born on May 2, 1946 to Isaias and Rosa Rosas in Morales, Mexico. Octavio met and later married Matilde Rincon. Octavio is preceded in death by his father, Isaias Rosas; his wife, Matilde; and four brothers, Rufina Rosas, Rutilio Rosas, M. del Refugio Rosas and Hilario Rosas. He is survived by his son, Gustavo Rosas; daughter, Maria del Rosario Rosas; grandchildren, Nancy and Matilde Ramirez; his mother, Rosa Rosas; brothers,Jose Luis Rosas and Francisco Rosas; sisters, Catalina Rosas, Teresa Rosas, Reynalda Rosas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends and extended family. A gathering of friends and family will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A rosary will be said for Octavio at 7:00 p.m. the same night. A funeral service will be held the following day, Thursday, August 29, 2013 at 6:00 p.m., also at the funeral home. The interment will be at a later date in his home town in Mexico.
