Michael Vegas

Michael Joseph Vegas, 61, of Greenville passed away Friday, August 7, 2015 at his residence. Memorial service will be held at a later date under the direction of Peters Funeral Home. Michael was born May 23, 1954 in Oakland, California to Joseph Santos Vegas and Kathleen Chaplain Vegas. He married Cheryl Lynn Sacca July 4, 1996 in Las Vegas, NV. He worked most of his life in some form of construction. Michael was survived by his wife Cheryl Vegas of Greenville; sons Tyrone Dortland of Greenville, Joshua Vegas of Plymouth, CA, Samuel Vegas of Stockton, CA and Joseph Smith of Stockton, CA; sisters Janice Vegas of Atwater, CA, Kitty Inlow of Groveland, CA and Dyane Ferrin of Lake Plumas, CA; 4 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
