Lloyd Houston Ottmo was born on December 5th, 1935, in Paris Texas and passed away peacefully at his home in Greenville, Texas on October 17th, 2024.
Lloyd proudly served two years in the United States Army During the missile crisis. After his service he began his career as a delivery driver for the tiches, which was later acquired by Joske's. Over the course of twenty years, Lloyd worked for the two department stores, which have now become what we know today as Dillard's.
Lloyd had a deep passion for cars, frequently attending car shows and spending his free time repairing vehicles for himself, family, and friends. He also enjoyed relaxing with a cup of coffee among friends, running daily errands, and returning home to sit in his favorite chair and read the newspaper.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Ottmo; daughters Rhonda Peterson, spouse Larry, Stacey Williamson, spouse Michael; sons Mark Ottmo, spouse Judy, Brad Ottmo, spouse Stephanie; grandchildren Brandi D'cruz, Blake Peterson, Ashley Robinson, Cody Robinson, Ethan Ottmo, Emilie Ottmo, Madison Williamson, Sherry Robinson, Kevin Cummings, nine great grandchildren and a special friend who helped him out alot in his last years Michael Livingston, Jr.
Lloyd is preceded in death by parents Stephen and Amity Anzybelle; son Gary Ottmo; brother's Truman Ottmo, Ottie Ottmo, Lendall Ottmo; Sister's Brenda Lassetter and Mavis Haynes
