Leroy McClure

Leroy McClure 87, of Caddo Mills passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in Garland, TX.

Leroy was born in Hunt County on January 16, 1930 to Dan and Nora Pearl Johnson McClure. Leroy was married to Vonda Hansford McClure, she survives. He was a maintenance man at the Crossroads Mall in Greenville for 20 years. Leroy was a kind caring man and would give his last cent away before he used it. He had no enemies and was loved by everyone. Leroy was a hard working man with a great sense of humor, and a great story teller.

Those left to cherish his memory are daughters, Brenda McClure, Billie Weatheread, Carrol Houllis; son, Bobby Sparks; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and special family friend Gloria Crockett. He was preceded in death by his parents,brother, Jack McClure, and son Ronald Lee McClure.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Crestview Christian Church (5605 Wesley St Greenville, TX 75401) with Pastor Phillip Dukes officiating.
