James Busby

July 17, 1925 — June 7, 2017

James A. Busby of Greenville, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2017. Mr. Busby was born in Gunter, TX on July 17, 1925 to Oliver McKinley and Pearl Busby. James was married to Laura Jean Cheshire she preceded him in death in 2011. He served in the United States Army during WWII . He also worked for Globe Union as a driver.

Those left to cherish his memory are step-sons Larry Brown, Donald Brown, Butch Brown; and brother W. "Dee" Busby and wife, Becky.

A graveside service will be held 10:00am, Friday, June 9, 2017 at Quinlan IOOF with Larry "Deacon" Brown officiating.
