Howard Duck Jr.

Howard Becton Duck Jr., born in Greenville, Texas in 1933 to Howard Sr. and Mary Virginia Williams Duck - the firstborn of three boys (predeceased by Donald A. Duck and William H. Duck) - passed away on November 5, 2017 in Greenville. While his first academic achievements were in math, he earned his doctorate in education from East Texas State University. He found his strength in God, his nourishment in the Bible and lived every day by faith. He married his surviving wife Mary 61 years ago; they believed unconditionally that this earthly life is precious, but the goal is heaven. They raised their surviving kids, Ginny, Howard III, Rebecca and David accordingly and in this spirit the survivors of Howard rejoice his passage to heaven.

All services will be private. Instead of flowers the family requests that donations be made to local organizations that help the needy.
