Gwendolyn Doris Makin,87 of Caddo Mills, TX passed away during the early morning hours of December 4, 2022.

Gwen was born January 26, 1935 in North Wildwood, New Jersey to Harry C. and Kathryn C. Pierce.

She graduated from Haddonfield Memorial High School in 1953.

In 1957 she married James R. Makin and in 1979 they moved to Caddo Mills, Tx.

Gwen is preceded in death by her husband James, her parents, a brother,

Donald C.Pierce (Florence),

sister Dorothy M. Rudderow (George)

and sister Joan M. Elder(Jerry)

She is survived by her son James R. Makin Jr (Robin), son Jay R. Makin and son John R. Makin and numerous nieces and nephews.
