Edward Morris

Memorial services for Edward Elroy Morris, of Caddo Mills, will be held Friday, February 12, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God of Wylie at 207 College St., Wylie, TX with Rev. James Fellers officiating. Mr. Morris passed away February 8, 2016 in McKinney.

Mr. Edward Morris was born June 14, 1945 to Carl and Doris Morris. He married Becky Mills, March 24, 1976 in Oklahoma. Mr. Morris loved spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing. He was a farmer by trade but enjoyed it as if it were a hobby.

Cherishing his memories: his wife, Becky Mills; daughters, Kristi Ann Morris, of College Station, and Karen Renae Morris, of Caddo Mills; God daughters Payten Mills of Caddo Mills, and Meagan Mills of Caddo Mills; brother, Charles F. Morris, of North Richland Hills; grandchildren, Robbie Lummus, of College Station, Eric Lummus, of Burleson, and Scotty Dickens, of College Station; great-granddaughters, Madelyn Casey and Camryn Lummus; uncle Robert Gordon of Hill Top Lakes; several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; brothers, William Morris and Richard Morris; and sister, Betty.
