Cordelia Ann Langehennig

Funeral service for Cordelia Ann Massey Langehennig, age 63, of Quinlan, TX. will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, October 7, 2022 at Peters Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplin Paul officiating. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 P.M. on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Peters Funeral Home.  Mrs. Langehennig passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her loved ones.

Cordelia was born on December 9, 1958 in Lebanon, IN to Ezra and Virginia Massey.  She married Randy Langehennig on November 7, 1987 in Denver City, TX. Cordelia enjoyed being outdoors, growing roses, fishing, loved doing arts and crafts and adored her family and especially playing with her grand kids. She was a nurse for many years and loved helping people. 

She is survived by her loving husband, Randy Langehennig; daughters, Lawanda Shelton, (Chris), and their children, Kortney and Kelby (Sulphur Springs, TX.), Patricia Shelton, (Drew), and their children, Wendy, Jamie, and Jerzy (Mount Vernon, MO), Amanda Jeter, (Tommy), and their children, Ethan and Claire (Lubbock, TX.), and Kimberly Langehennig and her children, Nathaniel and Makayla (Greenville, TX.); sons, Christopher Langehennig, (Melinda), and their children, Dallas, Austin, Destiny, Curtis, Leland, Conner, Jackson, Abigail, and Aubrianna (Salamenca, NY.), Michael Shelton, (Kimberly), and their children, Ian, Madison, Olivia, and Michael, Jr. (Springfield, MO.), and Westley Shelton, (Ashley), and their children, Cameron, Sebastian, and Landon (Mexico, MO.).

Cordelia was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Sumpter; grandson, Kyle Reed, and sister, Tammy Mears.
