Clarence Harris

Clarence Alfred Harris, 70, passed away on October 28, 2013 surrounded by his loving family in Campbell. He was born on February 27, 1943 in Upshur County to his parents, Clarence and Cassie Harris. On December 8, 1966 he married the love of his life, Barbara Harris. Those left to celebrate his life include his wife, Barbara Harris, two sons; Christopher Harris and Daniel Harris and wife Michelle, three daughters; Donna Blanchard, Mindy Harris and husband Chris King, and Angela Wood, Grandchildren; Joshaua Harris, Richard Blanchard, Rebecca Blanchard, Gabby Harris, Matthew Harris, Aimee Harris, Ashlyn Harris, Emily Burns, Molly Burns, Laura Harris, Elanea Dortland, Hannah Skaggs, and Mikala Rogers, one great grandchild, Jenna Dortland, two brothers; Aubrey Harris and Chester Harris, one sister, Martha Crouch, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Alfred is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Cassie Harris, four sisters; Francis Merle, Margie Baker, Ethel Crouch, and Linda Cannon, and one brother, James Alvin Harris. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Peters Funeral Home. A time of visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the service, that same day. Interment will immediately follow the service at Humboldt Cemetery in Campbell TX.
