Christopher Tijerina

Christopher Andrew Tijerina, 49 of Commerce, TX. Passed away on February 12, 2022 at his residence in Commerce, TX.

He was born on January 12, 1973 in Hereford, TX to Fortunato B. and Rita Tijerina.  He married Angela Tijerina on June 23, 2017 in Plano, TX. Christopher enjoyed football, basketball, hanging out with family and friends and drinking beer. He was a Communication Technician for many years.

Christopher is survived by his loving wife, Angela Tijerina; daughters, Avery M. Tijerina and Mattison M. Bonilla; sons, Michael A. Hernandez and Christopher R. Tijerina; brother, Anthony Tijerina; sister in law, Melissa Tijerina; nephews, Anthony M. Tijerina and Michael A. Tijerina; niece, Jasmin D. Ryan, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of loving relatives and friends.

Christopher was preceded in death by his parents, Fortunato B. and Rita Tijerina; grandparents, Fortunato P. and Corina Tijerino; granparents, Epifano and Pauline Maldanado.
