Charles Marosek III

Charles Frederick Marosek III, 76, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2013 in Greenville, Texas. Charles was born July 23, 1937 to Charles Marosek, Jr. and his wife Hilda in Little Falls, New York. Charles met and later married Shirley Pilcher; his wife, friend and partner of 50 years. Charles graduated from Missouri School of Science and Technology, taking two Bachelor degrees. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charles, Jr. and Hilda Marocek. Those left to celebrate his life include his beloved wife, Shirley; sons, Charles Marosek IV and his wife Susan, Scott Marosek and his wife Kate; daughter, Sandra Dages and her husband Don; grandchildren, Cassandra Marosek, Abigail Marocek, Madison Marosek, Benjamin Marosek, Peter Marosek, Samantha Dages and Kai Dages; sister, Sandra Marosek and her husband Roger Bradford; as well as many extended family member; friends and neighbors. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow the service at Memoryland Memorial Park in Greenville. Deacon Ishmail Guerra of St. Williams Roman Catholic Church will officiate. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Charles name to the American Kidney Foundation.
