Carla Lei Ragan was born January 25, 1959 to Leon John Holley Sr. and Carol Case, in Dallas, TX. Carla married Steve Ragan in Durant, OK on August 13, 1982. He survives.
Those left to cherish her memory are son, Michael Murphy; daughter, Deibra Ragan; mother and step-father Carol and JP Murphy; sister, Connie Hunt and husband, John; step-mother Lamelle Holley.
She was preceded in death by her father and brother, John Holley Jr.
