Barbara Ann Hansel

Barbara Ann Hansel, born on September 15, 1946, in Paris, Texas, peacefully passed away on August 10,2024, in McKinney, Texas. 

Barbara dedicated her professional life to her role as a medical intake clerk, where she provided compassionate service to those in need. Her work was a testament to her caring nature and her commitment to helping others.

She leaves behind her beloved sons, Truman Smith, Jeffery Smith, and Michael Smith, and wife Michelle, They all  cherished the moments they shared with their mother. Barbara was also the proud grandmother of Logan Smith, Madison Smith, and Ryder Smith, who were a source of immense joy and pride in her life.

Barbara is preceded in death to her dear husbands, Truman A. Smith, her first husband, and Don Hansel, her second husband, as well as her brothers, James Wilkerson and Billy Wilkerson, alongside with her Parents.

Throughout her life, Barbara exemplified love, strength, and resilience, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her. She will be dearly missed and remembered fondly by her family and friends.
